Where can I find your pizzas or other products?

We’re available for pickup in New Lynn. You can order our pizzas or other products  online and pick up from our Pizzeria located at 9 Totara Ave New Lynn Wednesday to Saturday from 12pm to 9pm

How can I choose the day I want pick up my pizzas or any other products in your shop?

When you are at checkout stage before the payment process you can choose and select which day to pick up your pizzas or any other products in our shop.

If I order today can I pick up tomorrow?

Please note our cut-off time order for the following day pick up is at 12pm. If you will place your order after 12pm, then, first available day for pick up will be in 2 days time.

How can I make sure my pizza is cooked correctly in my oven?

Preparing one of our pizzas is super easy. Preheat oven between 200 to 220 C degrees. Once oven is preheated, take pizza out of the freezer and remove all packaging. Place pizza directly on the oven rack. Heat until cheese is thoroughly melted or until pizza is to your liking. Recommended heating time: 8-9 mins. Please note cooking time are a guide and may vary depending on your oven, add some extra time if you like it more crispy!

What’s the shelf life of your frozen pizza? And how do I store it?

Our frozen pizzas last in the freezer for up to 6 months. Once you purchase and receive your pizza, put it in the freezer right away until use. 

We recommend putting your pizza in the freezer as soon as possible. If the pizza was still in its packaging and left sitting out for a while (potentially softening slightly), it is fine to consume although flavor and texture may be slightly affected.

How many servings is in each pizza?

Our pizza is designed to be an individual serving, but they’re also great to serve 2

Are your cheese pasteurized

Our mozzarella is made from pasteurized Cow’s milk, preservative free and suitable for vegetarians. 

What is your return & refund polcicy?

All items are final sale, but if an item does arrive damaged, please reach out to our team at info@settebello.co.nz within 24 hours after you received your goods and include photos so we may better assist you.
